Automatic turn by turn route navigation for meal delivery drivers with audible descriptions or special instructions if included (i.e. Go through gate to back door).

Delivery Instructions & Status

Text, visual, and audible delivery instructions and drop-off items list. Automatic calling of associated contact numbers if needed. Automated or driver-entered delivery status.

Real Time Location & Safety

Live driver location monitoring. Manual and automated alerts (crash/accident, excessive time at location, etc.). Metrics data collection of overall router and individual delivery times.

Delivery Estimates and Notifications

Live updates and alerts to clients so they can know when to expect delivery. Automated updates (with optional driver notes) to caretakers so they know their loved ones have received their meal.

Specs & Deliverables

We set out to create a system to help drivers volunteering to deliver meals. By providing turn-by-turn directions and visual guides for each drop off we wanted to make it easier and quicker to get new drivers onboard. It ended up being so much more.

We added features to allow clients and caretakers to get live updates of when they can expect their delivery. Then we setup a complete Admin and management back end to help new local chapters to get up and running quickly and easily.
